Acesta este un tapas rapid, nu necesita foarte multa munca si este delicios. Puteti alege orice tip de chorizo preferati, afumat, uscat, proaspat etc.
Am folosit:
- 1-2 chorizo
- ulei de masline pentru prajit
- 100 ml vin rosu
- cateva fire de patrunjel
Chorizo se taie rondele, 1 cm grosime. Uleiul se incinge intr-o tigaie si se adauga chorizo. Nu se lasa mai mult de 1-2 minute.
Se adauga vinul rosu si se lasa la foc mediu in jur de 5 mniute.
La sfarsit se adauga patrunjelul tocat fin.
Se serveste cu paine proaspata sau prajita.
