Paste cu creveti si sos gorgonzola

Se folosesc:

paste
5 dl smantana lichida
ceapa verde - o legatura
patrunjel
cimbru
150g gorgonzola
150g creveti
150g racusori mici
ulei de masline, piper, sare

Pastele se fierb al dente,in apa cu sare. Eu am folosit Linguine, proaspete, dar merg orice fel de paste.
Sosul: intr-o tigaie se pune smantana lichida si gorgonzola sfaramata si se tin la foc potrivit pana aproape incepe sa fiarba. Se adauga ceapa verde tocata, patrunjelul si cimbrul tocate, se pun sare si piper dupa gust si se mai lasa, la foc mic, 5-6 minute, amestecand din cand in cand, pana cand sosul se ingroasa (se poate adauga o lingurita de faina ca sa se intareasca mai repede).

Intr-o tigaie se incalzeste uleiul la foc potrivit. Se adauga racii mici si crevetii si se prajesc 2-3 minute, sau pana capata o culoare rozaliu mai inchis.

Se amesteca pastele cu crevetii si sosul si e gata!

Gramajul este pentru 3-4 persoane, portii normale.
